Passaic, N.J.-based St. Mary’s General Hospital confirmed to Becker’s Hospital Review it is laying off less than 3 percent of its workforce, mainly in non-clinical positions.

Phoenix-based Banner Health has completed a restructuring process that involved layoffs and consolidation or elimination of certain executive positions.
4. 20 laid off at Stamford Health amid projected revenue shortfall
Stamford (Conn.) Health laid off approximately 20 employees, or about 0.7 percent of its total workforce.
5. CHS divestiture results in 19 layoffs at Stringfellow Memorial
The Health Care Authority of the City of Anniston let go approximately 19 employees at Anniston, Ala.-based Stringfellow Memorial Hospital following its recent acquisition of the 125-bed hospital.
