UK Healthcare and ARH will jointly manage cardiovascular care at five ARH hospitals throughout Kentucky’s Appalachian region.
In addition, a few ARH physicians will move to the Gill Heart Institute to begin providing advanced treatment options in the region. The physicians will also become faculty members of the UK College of Medicine, according to the report.
