OU Medical Center Edmond Launches Senior Health Clinic

Oklahoma University Medical Center Edmond has opened a local primary care clinic for managing the health of adults 55 and older, according to a report from the Edmond Sun.

The clinic will be staffed by Larry D. Balzer, MD, a family medicine physician specializing in geriatric medicine.

Features of the clinic include longer appointments, dedicated nursing staff and a social worker to help older patients navigate any obstacles they might encounter, according to the report.
