OSF Saint James-John W. Albrecht Medical Center in Pontiac, Ill., is planning to move its outpatient cancer center to a renovated location that would triple its size, according to report by The Pantagraph.
The existing 1,100-square-foot space can no longer accommodate the increasing number of patients, Tim Johnson, executive director of diagnostic and ambulatory services at the hospital, told The Pantagraph.
The new 3,000-square-foot location will include 12 chemotherapy treatment areas, three exam rooms and a larger waiting room.
