Northside Hospital-Cherokee (Ga.) has announced the expansion of its cardiac catheterization laboratory.
The additional suite will allow the hospital to increase patient volume and allow greater flexibility for scheduling. The hospital, the only provider of cardiac catheterization and interventional radiology services in its county, currently performs 1,000 procedures annually.
