Children’s Hospitals and Clinics of Minnesota Receives $3M Gift to Complete Neuroscience Center

Minneapolis-based Children’s Hospitals and Clinics of Minnesota announced that it is the recipient of a $3 million gift for its new neuroscience center from benefactors George and Karen Benz.

The gift is the latest in Children’s seven-year-long renovation and the largest the hospital has received from private donors during this particular campaign, according to a news release.

The newly christened Karen and George Benz Family Pediatric Neuroscience Center will consolidate neuroscience professionals within the Children’s system under one roof. The center will open later this year on the fifth floor of Children’s Sky Tower building.
