Unity Hospital Unveils $180M Expansion, Modernization

Unity Hospital in Greece, N.Y., announced the completion of a four-year, $180 million expansion and modernization project.

The project included a new 4th floor with more inpatient beds, the new Charles J. August Joint Replacement Center, the Golisano Restorative Neurology & Rehabilitation Center and the Andrew J Kirch Dialysis Center. It also included the addition of 200 additional free parking spaces and new private rooms.

“This project was the largest in our health system’s history, and we now have a hospital and healthcare campus that’s ready to meet the healthcare needs of our entire community for many years to come,” said Warren Hern, Unity’s president and CEO in a news release.
