Here are seven things to know about the two leaders.
Bryan Roach was named CFO.
1. He will begin his new job Nov. 16.
2. Mr. Roach has expertise in the areas of financial analysis, accounting, risk management, forecasting/budgeting, operation management and strategic planning.
3. Previously, he was market controller and vice president of operations, project management and strategic lean operations in Detroit with Dallas-based Tenet Healthcare.
Ken Lindsey, MD, will join YVMC as CMO.
4. Dr. Lindsey’s start date has not been determined.
5. Previously, Dr. Lindsey was vice president of medical affairs at Asante Three Rivers Medical Center in Grants Pass, Ore. He also has served in a similar role at Hays (Kan.) Medical Center.
6. His clinical practice includes emergency medicine, urgent care and family medicine.
7. He will take over for Laura Sehnert, MD, who has served as interim CMO.
