WVU Medicine taps CEO for 2 hospitals

Morgantown, W.Va.-based WVU Medicine has tapped Judy Bruno, RN, as president and CEO for WVU Medicine Barnesville (Ohio) Hospital and Cadiz, Ohio-based WVU Medicine Harrison Community Hospital, effective Jan. 13.

In her new role, Ms. Bruno will work with Douglass Harrison, regional president for WVU Medicine who also oversees Glen Dale, W.Va.-based Reynolds Memorial Hospital, New Martinsville, W.Va.-based Wetzel County Hospital and Wheeling (W.Va.) Hospital, according to a Nov. 14 news release.

Prior to her new role, Ms. Bruno served as president of Ahoskie, N.C.-based Roanoke-Chowan Hospital, part of Greenville, N.C.-based ECU Health, according to her LinkedIn page
