Skip Gjolberg, president and CEO of WVU Medicine St. Joseph’s Hospital in Buckhannon, W.Va., will step down from his role in mid-March, My Buckhannon reported Jan. 29.
John Foster, vice president of provider network services for WVU Medicine’s central market, will serve as interim president, My Buckhannon reported.
Mr. Gjolberg has served as CEO since April 2016. He was previously CEO of Cuero (Texas) Health from 2013 to 2016, according to his LinkedIn profile.
Morgantown, W.Va.-based WVU Medicine operates 25 hospitals.
