Ms. Dilley brings more than 11 years of healthcare senior leadership experience to the role, according to a news release shared with Becker’s Jan. 11. She previously served as CEO of Lakin, Kan.-based Kearny County Hospital, where she led initiatives resulting in a 53% drop in employee turnover and the hospital’s first operating profit in more than a decade.
She will begin in her new role March 4, a Cumberland spokesperson told Becker’s.
