Wisconsin health system names CEO

Cumberland (Wis.) Healthcare has named Emily Dilley its next CEO.

Ms. Dilley brings more than 11 years of healthcare senior leadership experience to the role, according to a news release shared with Becker’s Jan. 11. She previously served as CEO of Lakin, Kan.-based Kearny County Hospital, where she led initiatives resulting in a 53% drop in employee turnover and the hospital’s first operating profit in more than a decade.
