Winner (S.D.) Regional Healthcare has announced that Kevin Coffey will become its new CEO, effective April 22. Most recently, Mr. Coffey served as the CFO and long-term care administrator for Brookings (S.D.) Health System. He replaces John Osse, who has served as interim CEO since May 2012.
