Mr. Dooley currently serves as president and CEO of Clinton Memorial Hospital in Wilmington, Ohio. He is taking over duties for Thomas Boecker, who plans to retire on June 27 after a 40-year tenure with the hospital, 17 of which he served as president and CEO.
