Wilson Medical Center Selects Bert Beard as COO

Wilson (N.C.) Medical Center has named Bert Beard as its first-ever COO, effective April 21, according to a report by The Wilson Times.

Mr. Beard has previously served as associate administrator at Manatee Memorial Hospital in Bradenton, Fla., associate administrator/assistant chief staffing officer and interim COO/chief staffing officer at Summit Medical Center in Hermitage, Tenn., and administrative resident with Brentwood, Tenn.-based TriStar Health System.
