Sidney, Ohio-based Wilson Health has named Kevin Banion CFO.
Mr. Banion had been serving as interim CFO and brings more than 30 years of experience in healthcare finance, operations and executive leadership, according to a July 2 Wilson Health news release.
Before joining Wilson Health, Mr. Banion was president and CEO of Progressive Medical, a healthcare services company focused on pharmacy benefit management and ancillary healthcare solutions.
Most recently, he served as chief administrative officer of Orthopedic Associates of Southwest Ohio, where he oversaw financial leadership and strategic planning. He also previously served as CFO of Ohio Valley Surgical Hospital in Springfield, Ohio.
In his new role, Mr. Banion will oversee Wilson Health’s financial operations and work with executive leadership on the system’s strategic priorities and long-term financial sustainability.
