1. Most recently, Mr. Salerno served as CEO of St. Mary Medical Center in Long Beach, Calif.
2. He holds a master’s degree in public administration with an emphasis in healthcare management from California State University in Long Beach.
3. He replaces Alex Villa, who left to become CEO of Tennova Healthcare-Clarksville (Tenn.).
4. He will assume his new role on Nov. 14, 2016.
