Here are four things to know about Mr. Hill.
1. As CFO, Mr. Hill manages West Valley’s operating budget and resource allocation. He oversees the accounting, medical records, supply and IT departments, and also serves as the hospital’s ethics and compliance officer.
2. Mr. Hill comes to Caldwell from Riverside (Calif.) Community Hospital, which is owned and operated by WestValley’s parent company, Nashville, Tenn.-based Hospital Corporation of America.
3. Prior to his position as controller at Riverside Community Hospital, Mr. Hill served as assistant controller and ethics and compliance officer for Southern Hills Hospital and Medical Center in Las Vegas.
4. Mr. Hill is a graduate of HCA’s Executive Development Program.
