- Ms. Gapstur will succeed Kevin Mosser, MD, who will retire Jan. 1.
- She currently serves as president of St. Louis Park, Minn.-based Park Nicollet Methodist Hospital and senior vice president of Bloomington, Minn.-based HealthPartners.
- Ms. Gapstur holds a bachelor’s degree in nursing from St. Paul, Minn.-based St. Catherine University and a doctorate in nursing research from the University of Minnesota in Minneapolis.
- She previously served as president and board chair of the Minnesota Organization of Leaders in Nursing.
