Washington Regional promotes Meredith Green to chief nursing officer: 4 notes

Washington Regional Medical System in Fayetteville, Ark., named Meredith Green, MSN, senior vice president and chief nursing officer.

1. Ms. Green most recently served as administrative director in Women and Infants Services at the system.

2. She worked at Washington Regional for the past decade and played a key role in developing the Women and Infants Center that opened in December 2016.

3. In 2016 and 2017, Ms. Green’s peers named her “director of the year.”

4. She succeeds Beverly Winney, who retired.
