Lexi Fields, CFO of Wallowa County Health Care District in Enterprise, Ore., announced plans to retire in September, according to a Wallowa County Chieftain report.
Ms. Fields has been with the health care district since 2008. She plans to stay on the job to train her successor, according to the report.
The district's CEO, Dave Herman, who was set to retire in June, has delayed his retirement in light of Ms. Fields' announcement.
