Wake Forest University Baptist Medical Center Names New CFO

Wake Forest University Baptist Medical Center in Winston-Salem, N.C., has named Edward Chadwick as its new executive vice president for finance and CFO, according to a WFUBMC news release.

Mr. Chadwick’s newly created position is a result of the medical center’s reorganization that began two years ago.

Most recently, Mr. Chadwick served as CFO and senior vice president for Trinity Health, based in Novi, Mich. At Trinity Health, Earlier this year, Mr. Chadwick left Trinity and formed his own company, Integrated Healthcare Financial Strategies, to assist health systems with financial and capital planning.

Mr. Chadwick received his bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Michigan and an MBA in finance from the University of Chicago.
