1. Ms. Fawcett-Lee was previously regional vice president at MedStar Health in Columbia, Md.
2. She also has experience serving as vice president for philanthropy at Mercy Health Services and director of major gifts for the Sheppard Pratt Health System, both based in Baltimore.
3. Ms. Fawcett-Lee is a past president of the Association of Fundraising Professionals, Maryland Chapter.
4. In her new role, she will oversee philanthropy initiatives across the Virtua system.
