Mr. Tonkinson is rejoining the health system after previously serving as senior vice president and CFO from November 2015 to September 2017, according to his LinkedIn page.
He has served as chair of the compliance and clinical oversight board for Tampa, Fla.-based healthcare practice management company Physician Partners of America since June 2022.
