Ms. Spencer previously served as nurse manager for Plaza Day Surgery in Fort Worth, and she helped open Clear Fork Surgery Center, a joint venture multispecialty center also in Fort Worth.
The hospital is still undergoing construction, and is expected to open in 14 months, according to a Dallas Business Journal report.
