Victor Lee. President and CEO of Boone County Health Center (Albion, Neb.). Mr. Lee has served as president and CEO of Boone County Health Center since June 2000. Mr. Lee is an active leader outside of the hospital as a fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives. Mr. Lee dedicated his academic career to management and administration practices; he earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of North Dakota and a master’s in health administration from the University of Colorado at Denver.
