Here are four notes:
1. Dr. Fratzke has served as interim leader for the medical center and skilled nursing facility since November 2017.
2. Prior to that, he was COO of the facilities.
3. His previous experience includes serving as senior vice president and area manager of Oakland, Calif.-based Kaiser Permanente’s East Bay Service Area and COO for Alameda (Calif.) Health System.
4. Dr. Fratzke completed his doctorate in nursing practice at Rush University in Chicago and a master’s degree in healthcare administration at the University of Minnesota’s Carlson School of Business in Minneapolis.
