Mr. Petrov will also serve as the chief human resources spokesperson for VCU Health and have full oversight for human resources operations.
He joins VCU Health from the Guthrie Clinic in Sayre, Pa., where he was the executive vice president and chief caregiver officer. In this role, he was human resources leader for the five-hospital system, which serves patients in northern Pennsylvania and southern New York.
Mr. Petrov has a master’s in human resource management from Briar Cliff University in Sioux City, Iowa, and is an active member of the Society for Human Resource Management.
