According to the university, during the first 90 days, Ms. McCullough will prioritize spending time in conversation with nursing and medical center staff to develop strategies around top-priority needs.
Ms. McCullough specializes in pediatric services, ambulatory pediatrics and inpatient care. Her experience includes expanding care to rural areas and underserved populations.
Ms. McCullough will join Vanderbilt from Oregon Health and Science University’s Doernbecher Children’s Hospital in Portland, Ore., where she has been overseeing women’s and pediatric care for the last three years. Before that, Ms. McCullough worked as the senior director of ambulatory operations, pediatrics and OB-GYN care at Penn State Health in Hershey, Pa.
