Mr. Brewer became CEO of the organization in 1997. During his tenure, Valley View grew into a 21-acre medical campus, including 400,000 square feet of added space for hospital and medical offices. The hospital also added several services, including cardiology.
Brian Murphy, MD, a urologist providing care at Valley View, will take over as CEO. Dr. Murphy has served the community for 18-plus years, and he has held several leadership roles at Valley View, such as chief of staff and CMO.
