Donna Singer will resign as CEO of Montezuma Creek-based Utah Navajo Health Systems, effective Jan. 31, according to a San Juan Record report.
Ms. Singer helped develop and create Utah Navajo Health Systems, which opened in 2000.
Michael Jensen, current COO of the health system, has been chosen as Ms. Singer's successor.
