Most recently, Mr. Milstein served as associate vice chancellor and CIO for Austin-based University of Texas System. Prior to that, he was the vice president for information technology and CIO at Yeshiva University/Albert Einstein College of Medicine in New York City. He also served as CIO at New York City-based Continuum Health Partners, Columbia-based University of Missouri Health Care and Cambridge (Mass.) Health Alliance.
In his new role, Mr. Milstein will oversee UT Southwestern’s academic, health system and administrative information resources. He holds an MBA in systems management from Baldwin-Wallace College in Cleveland.
