Ms. Stout most recently served as CNO at Del Sol Medical Center in El Paso. She served in the role for 10 years and helped the hospital earn its first American Nurses Credentialing Center Pathway to Excellence designation and re-designation.
Ms. Stout holds a doctorate of nursing practice from Durham, N.C.-based Duke University.
