Ms. Knox has worked for the health system since 2014 in roles ranging from a manager of patient services, patient advocate and as a regional director of emergency services. Most recently, she has been serving as the interim chief nursing officer for UnityPoint Health-Waterloo and will now assume the role’s full capacity.
Her appointment takes effect immediately.
