2. Prior to that, he was COO at Finley Hospital.
3. He has previous experience serving as president and CEO of Keokuk County Health Center in Sigourney, Iowa, and executive vice president of Ottumwa (Iowa) Regional Health Center.
4. Mr. Wolbers holds a master’s degree in health administration from Iowa City-based University of Iowa.
