UnityPoint Health-Meriter in Madison, Wis., appointed Sue Erickson president and CEO, effective immediately.

1. Ms. Erickson most recently served as the hospital's president and COO.
2. She has worked at the hospital for nearly 30 years.
3. She succeeds Arthur Nizza, who was named executive vice president and COO at West Des Moines, Iowa-based UnityPoint Health, the Meriter hospital's parent.
