Ms. Havens will assume her new role Oct. 24, according to a news release. She will oversee operations of UnityPoint Health-Dubuque and the Dubuque Visiting Nurses Association.
Since July 2018, Ms. Havens has served as CEO of Grinnell (Iowa) Regional Medical Center, also part of UnityPoint Health. She also previously served as vice president of operations at Marshalltown (Iowa) Hospital and president of Grundy County Memorial Hospital in Grundy Center, Iowa.
