With 12 years of healthcare experience, Mr. Suddreth has held various nurse leadership roles at UNC Health Caldwell, including as manager of its telemetry, intensive care and inpatient dialysis units.
He received his Bachelor’s in Nursing from North Carolina A&T in Greensboro and a Master of Business in Healthcare Management from the University of Oklahoma Wesleyan in Bartlesville.
“It’s been a lifelong dream of mine to be a leader in the community and show the youth of Caldwell County that dreams can come true in a healthcare setting,” Mr. Suddreth said in a Jan. 20 news release. “I think so many young African American males and females don’t think they can be successful in healthcare and achieve executive positions.”
