The Worcester, Mass.-based health system has been led by President Michael Gustafson since 2018, who is stepping down July 28.
Mr. Precourt has been with UMass Memorial since 2019, and he previously served as
executive director of nursing and patient care services at Tufts Medical Center in Boston. He announced his new position July 27 on LinkedIn.
