UMass Memorial Medical Center selects Lisa Colombo as CNO: 3 points

UMass Memorial Medical Center in Worcester, Mass., appointed Lisa Colombo, DNP, RN, senior vice president for patient care services and CNO. She will also serve as associate dean of clinical practice in the Graduate School of Nursing at the University of Massachusetts Medical School in Worcester.

1. Ms. Colombo most recently served as president of UMass Memorial Medical Center-Clinton (Mass.) Hospital.

2. In 2013, she had served as interim senior vice president and CNO at UMass Memorial Medical Center.

3. After that, she moved to Lahey Hospital and Medical Center in Burlington, Mass., where she was senior vice president and CNO.
