Alexander Bassuk, MD, PhD, was appointed physician-in-chief of University of Iowa's Stead Family Children's Hospital in Iowa City. He was also named chair and departmental executive officer of the Stead Family Department of Pediatrics. His new roles became effective Sept. 1.
