1. Ms. Cordrey currently serves as associate general counsel and director of contracting at the health system.
2. She joined UC Health in 2012, prior to which she was a practicing attorney for two Cincinnati-based law firms.
3. In her new role, Ms. Cordrey will oversee UC Health’s privacy program and serve as the primary compliance resource for federal and state laws related to privacy.
4. Max Czernin, associate general counsel, will take on the director of contracting role.
