Equipped with more than 30 years of experience in healthcare finance and management, Mr. Hill previously served as president and CEO of Arkansas Heart Hospital in Little Rock. He has also served as president and CEO of North Arkansas Regional Medical Center in Harrison.
In 2011, Mr. Hill came to UAMS to serve as director of the UAMS Center for Rural Health. He was awarded the Arkansas Hospital Association’s highest honor, the A. Allen Weintraub Award in 2009.
“His dual role is an opportunity to link Regional Campuses more seamlessly with UAMS as a whole and to better define our programs around the state as extensions of all components of our mission,” said UAMS Chancellor Dan Rahn, MD.
