TriStar Health is an affiliate of Nashville-based HCA Healthcare, where Mr. Howald has served for more than a decade, according to a Feb. 15 news release shared with Becker’s. Most recently, he served as chief operating officer at TriStar Skyline Medical Center, also located in Nashville.
In his new role, Mr. Howald will oversee the 136-bed Southern Hills hospital and TriStar Century Farms ER, an 11-bed freestanding emergency department in Antioch, Tenn.
