Mr. Ward assumed the permanent CIO position May 4.
As CIO, Mr. Ward will oversee daily operations of the information services for TriHealth’s four hospitals and more than 550 employed physicians, as well as leading strategic initiatives and capital projects.
Mr. Ward previously served as CIO and director of business development at Group Health Associates, a physician partner group of TriHealth. He has also served as director of health systems integration and director of ambulatory systems for TriHealth.
Mr. Ward is a member of HIMSS and CHIME.
