Mr. Hatfield has spent 23 years at Appalachian Regional Healthcare, serving in various administrative roles. Most recently he was community CEO for Tug Valley ARH Regional Medical Center in South Williamson, Ky.
He also has headed up physician recruitment efforts for Appalachian Regional Healthcare for the last 14 years.
In 2016, Kentucky Gov. Matt Bevin appointed Mr. Hatfield to a six-year term on the Kentucky Foundation for a Healthier Kentucky.
