She also will serve as COO of Spalding Rehabilitation Hospital, a campus of the Medical Center of Aurora.
Previously, she was chief administrative officer of Centennial (Colo.) Medical Center, a campus of the Medical Center of Aurora that broke ground in March. She has worked at Nashville, Tenn.-based HCA Healthcare, the Medical Center of Aurora’s parent, since 2011.
Ms. Woods holds an MBA from the University of Colorado-Denver and has completed HCA Healthcare’s COO development program.
