Most recently, Mr. Byrd served as group COO of the health system and COO and CFO of the Transmountain and Sierra campuses, both in El Paso, according to his Linkedin profile.
He joined the system in 2007 and has served in various leadership roles.
Mr, Byrd is completing a master’s degree in management and leadership from Western Governors University in Millcreek, Utah, and also graduated from the Texas Hospital Association Leadership Fellows Program.
