The Aroostook Medical Center’s new president is Gregory LaFrancois: 4 takeaways

The Aroostook Medical Center in Presque Isle, Maine, a Brewer-based Eastern Maine Healthcare Systems hospital, appointed Gregory T. LaFrancois president, effective Nov. 14.

2. His previous leadership roles include serving as CEO at Prairie Saint John’s Hospital in Fargo, N.D., and as CFO at Cumberland Hall Hospital in Hopkinsville, Ky.

3. He has also worked in the military, serving at a number of military hospitals and the Office of the Army Surgeon General in Falls Church, Va.
