Prior to coming to the Medical Center of Plano, Mr. Whitmore served as CFO for Vanguard Health Systems in Chicago for two acute-care teaching hospitals affiliated with The University of Chicago. He has also served as the CFO for hospitals in Nashville, Tenn., Aurora, Colo., and Salt Lake City, Utah, according to the report.
