Ms. Seaton replaces Kim Bentley, RN, who served as interim chief nursing officer since December 2021, according to a Dec. 5 release from the medical center. Previously, Ms. Seaton was director of the medical surgical units and outpatient infusion department at HCMC.
Ms. Seaton will implement changes to nursing best practices and be responsible for recruiting, onboarding and training new nursing staff.
